The Main Port’s coordinates are :
longitude 03° 30’ E – latitude 43° 16’ N
- Port d’AMBONNE’s s coordinates are :
longitude 03° 32’ E – latitude 43° 18’ N
- Approaching from the NE or East, take the Southward route round the Lauze Lighthouse then set a course of 357° on the summit of Mont Saint Loup between the two channel lighthouses.
- Approaching from the South or West, take a wide berth round Brescou Island, leaving the Southern compass point to port, then set a course of 357°.
- Do not follow a route to the North of Brescou.
   

Via the canals :
- Agde is both a seaside and river town. The Hérault River flows through it and it is linked to the Canal du Midi.
By land :
- Road: A9 motorway, exit Agde-Pézenas (Junction 34) ; RN 112 towards Béziers or Sète.
- Train: Rail station in Agde (5 km).

By air :
- Béziers-Agde-Vias Airport 15 km
- Montpellier Méditerranée International Airport 70 km
